Divorce
We represent men and women throughout a divorce proceeding, preparing and filing all necessary documents, acting as your advocate in negotiations and at trial, helping you prepare for mediation, and seeking modification or enforcement of existing divorce decrees when necessary. Child Custody and Visitation
We will work with you to establish and implement custody and visitation plans that are in the best interests of your minor children while protecting your rights as parents. We will help you determine whether sole or joint custody is most desirable and will help you prepare the parenting plan that you must file with the court. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
If you choose to repay your creditors over a 3 to 5 year period or you fail to qualify for protection under Chapter 7, we will act as your advocate with creditors and with the bankruptcy court, making certain that any proposed repayment arrangements are within your means.
